Joseph A. Molinaro established his own firm in 1999, following five years in private practice working with and learning from others. Over the years our firm has grown but the practice areas have become more focused.

While we have substantial general business experience, we continue the pursuit of creditors rights issues including business litigation and debt collection. Our service area includes all but the most southern counties within the State of New Jersey.
